To reset the print failure lockout for someone:

  • Look up the customer in the TABQuik Online Manager
    • If the number of clicks is extremely low, it probably makes sense for inside sales to call the customer to help them purchase more clicks.
    • If the customer has plenty of clicks, check with them to see why they are clicking no for the message "did this print correctly" question.
    • A print failure is defined as a problem specifically with TABQuik.com.  A problem with their printer, an alignment issue, etc, is not a TABQuik.comproblem.
      • If they can print to a PDF successfully, then there is no trouble with TABQuik.com

To unlock the print failure, right click the area to the left of the customer record (see screenshot below).

Click on the Print failures button (also circled in the screen shot) and clear the print failure count/lockout.
