After doing a hard stop on the services in PostScan Admin, PS-CAL-1 post scan service would not start. It came up with the following error

Time out has expired and the operation has been completed.

Solution: Delete the following file on the affected server. 'C:\ProgramData\Postscanstop.txt' and then start the service.
